Engineers report to the Arganteal Salesforce Solution Architect and own implementation of Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, declarative configuration, and integration code on the Salesforce platform. The engineering team is organized by focus area: one engineer leads LWC and UX work, one leads Apex and integration work, and one supports configuration, testing, and documentation across the build.

  • Develop Apex classes including the Customer’s Service Now token broker, the entitlement consumption writeback, and the ServiceNow deep link SSO exchange.
  • Implement the customer registration Salesforce Flow including provisioning of the Entra External ID identity via Microsoft Graph and creation of the Salesforce Contact, Account, and Experience Cloud external user.
  • Implement the Salesforce-to-ServiceNow SAML 2.0 deep link integration and case status callback handling.
  • Configure the Experience Cloud site theme, navigation, footer, local search, and declarative content per the approved information architecture.
  • Implement Full Scope components including the Latest Announcements scheduled job, federated search, and the Security Blog, Training, and Product Videos controlled-embed pages.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and accessibility validation (WCAG 2.1 AA via axe-core in CI/CD).
  • Remediate findings from Salesforce Health Check and Tenable scanning of LWC and Apex artifacts.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing with defect triage and remediation.
  • Support production cutovers for both the July 1, 2026 Base milestone and the August 3, 2026 Full Scope milestone, including Week 1 hypercare.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flow.
